Duties/Responsibilities:?

• Organizes and oversees the?work and?schedules??

• Ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies?

• Ensure store standards are consistently improved in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service?

• Hold regular communication meetings with?manager and?staff to ensure all plans are carried out.?

• Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships?

• Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks?

• Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.??

• Support the Store Manager to achieve Gross Profit Margin, Net Margin and Sales Targets??

• Performs other related duties as assigned?

Required Skills/Abilities:??

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills??

• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff?

• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude?

• Flexible and open schedule?

Education and Experience:?

• High School/GED required?

• Customer service experience required??

?

Physical Requirements:??

• Frequent standing for long periods of time?

• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds at times?
